Most of you may not know it, but my assistant Besilica is royalty. She crowns the new queen this weekend.

Bob Kauflin Messages
Paul Schafer has put together a helpful list of Bob Kauflin’s messages.
Also check out the list on the bottom left side of his site, where you can search by different speakers. It’s quite an impressive list. If you’ve got a commute and you’re looking for food for your ipod, this is a GREAT place to start.
WireTap
A new version of WireTap Pro is available for recording from any audio source on your mac.
Baptisms and Worship
For any who read this blog, but don’t read Bob Kauflin’s (are there any?), he describes our last Sunday meeting in this post.

Sunday Production Department
Dave Wilcox posts on a few internal changes for us here on staff.
Contemporary Orchestrations
I just spent a few minutes on the wordmusicnow.com site, and was pretty impressed with the amount of stuff available on their site. They sell orchestrations of contemporary worship songs for rhythm section, along with choral parts and orchestra parts.
Have any readers used any of their materials before? Any staff arrangers you like or don’t like? I’d love to hear your impressions of it.
His Faithfulness – Amy Carmichael
Recently I’ve been enjoying His Faithfulness, a CD by Jim Spencer in which he puts 10 Amy Carmichael’s poems to new, original tunes. I’ve been enjoying not only her poetry, but also the way Spencer has set them to simple, beautiful tunes. It didn’t blow me over on the first listen, but the more I’ve listened to it, I’ve been noticing the quiet beauty in the way it’s put together.
It also is a good primer on putting together string parts for a soloist – Carl Marsh did an outstanding job.

Disk Inventory X
Disk Inventory X is a program that lets mac users see visually how much space different programs are taking up on their computer, including their music and photo files. It’s free, and works pretty quickly.
Keith Green
Blog.worship.com mentions recordings of Keith Green that are going to be newly made public in the coming months.
