<div>The <a href="http://voxpopnetwork.com/doxologist/2008/05/16/qa-question-from-a-brother-down-under/">Doxologist blog</a> from Mars Hill Church has a post on the question of whether larger churches are better served with groups of separate bands, instead of one larger worship team, as well as the issue of female leadership.</p>
<p>I&#8217;d disagree with their assessment of the role of female leadership in this context, but would agree that scripture does not specifically address the &#8220;worship leader&#8221; or &#8220;band leader&#8221; role.  It just depends on what that role entails in our culture.</p></div>
